No. Acre is not a brokerage and does not represent either side of the transaction. Acre is a curated marketplace built to help exceptional land receive better presentation and wider exposure.

Acre is open to individuals, landowners, brokers, agencies, developers, investment firms, and any representative who has high-quality land opportunities looking to sell.

Does Acre take a sales commission?
No. Acre does not take a commission from the sale. Sellers remain in control of their pricing, communication, negotiation, and final transaction.

What type of land belongs on Acre?

Is Acre currently charging sellers?
Not during the current Beta stage. Acre is receiving early seller interest before public launch, and approved sellers may receive priority access when listings and memberships are enabled.
